Shipping Confirmation Email
When we dispatch your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to let you know that your packages are on their way. If you have not received this email after 4 working days, you can contact us here and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
Tracking
All packages are sent with a tracking number. Once your packages have arrived at the logistics center, you can track your order online. The "Track Order" button can be found in your confirmation email.
What If I Miss a Delivery?
The courier will:
- Leave a delivery card and send an SMS to inform you that the delivery was missed.
- Usually attempt to redeliver the next day. Or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to arrange a different delivery date at no extra charge.
- May leave it with a neighbor. In this case, please refer to the delivery card left.
What If the Desired Item Is Out of Stock?
I apologize. Our most up-to-date information can be found on the website, so please use this to check availability. For certain items, you may be able to place your order. We will inform you after 5 working days if the order has not yet been sent to you.
Can Someone Else Sign for My Shipment?
Yes, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically recorded for security reasons. Any signature at the address will be accepted as proof of delivery.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All orders from the Neckermann range can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- You must notify us within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.
- The items will be returned within 14 days of cancellation. The 14 days begin on the day after you notify us of your cancellation.
- In order to offer you our return guarantee, we ask you to only try out the goods as you would in a shop and to return the goods to us completely, in their original packaging and in unused and undamaged condition.
- An RMA number will be provided by Zurusten and clearly stated on the outside of the package (goods will not be accepted if not clearly marked on the outside of the package).
We would like to inform you about the following important information:
- We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the goods (i.e. once we have received the returned items) or providing proof that the items have been sent back to us.
- We will refund the money received, including the cost of delivery. However, if you have chosen a more expensive method than the cheapest standard delivery option offered, we will only refund the standard delivery option you could have chosen.
- We reserve the right to deduct money from refunds if goods show signs of unreasonable use resulting in a reduction in value. The cost for this is 30% of the product price.
Damaged In Transit
If you receive goods that have been damaged during transport, please proceed as follows:
- Signed packing slip showing that the goods arrived damaged.
- If the goods are incomplete or have a defect, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the goods.
Defective Within Warranty
If a product shows a defect within the warranty period, you are entitled to repair, refund or replacement, at our discretion.
Goods returned as faulty where no fault is found will be returned to the customer.
